چکیده
Introduction Amplitude integrated electroencephalography (aEEG) is a widely tool used for neuromonitoring in the critical neonate. In patient with perinatal asphyxia, its interpretation key to identifying candidates therapeutic hypothermia, detecting subclinical seizures and providing pronostic information. Our aim was analyze concordance of aEEG among neonatologists different level experience. Material methods Unicenter retrospective study newborns ≥35 weeks asphyxia included consecutively over two-year period monitored at least 6h. The bedside neonatologist interpreted regarding background pattern, sleep-wake cycling, seizures. tracings were blindly reviewed by two divided into periods 0-3h 3-6h life, (Cohen Kappa coefficient, k), between examiners that their consensus neonatologist, analyzed. Results Seventy-five included, 5 them not aEEG-monitored. 132 analyzed very good three characteristics aEEG. k pattern (k=0.93), moderate (k=0.52) weak (k=0.32) Conclusions This supports easily compared cycling or crisis, improving when targeted training on received.

Imbalanced training sample means that one class is represented by a large number of examples while the other is represented by only a few. This problem may produce an important deterioration of the classifier performance, in particular with patterns belonging to the less represented classes. The majority of the studies in this area are oriented, mainly, to resolve problems with two classes. How...
